Our equipment is fully insured and we hold a public liability cover certificate. We comply with all health and safety regulations and COVID-19 protocols.
On Location
Flat rate per hour includes, filming, encoding, instant uploading and secured online webpage link shared via email. You choose and hire the venue. Live Zoom or Teams Link is available, on request.
Transport of our equipment is not included in this rate.
Minimum two-hour charge.

In Studio at Diorama
Includes filming, encoding, instant uploading and secured online webpage link shared via email.
At The Old Diorama Arts Centre there are three different studio sizes for you to choose from. There are four large and four medium studios, ranging from 9m x 6.5m up to 8.5m x 8.5m, which are bright, airy and have ample waiting areas. There is also one extra large studio measuring 8.4m x 9.3m that boasts a double-height ceiling of almost five metres, perfect for large-scale castings.
If requested, we also provide headsheets for performers to complete with all their details and sizes. Live Zoom or Teams Link is available, on request. Upon request, we can also offer a receptionist to look after the casting outside the studio. At no extra cost, we include a HD headshot of each performer, labelled and uploaded to the online casting webpage, as well as a downloadable running order.
Transport of our equipment is not included in this rate.

Virtual Casting Projects | Zoom Castings
Our web platform is ideal for professionally displaying casting sessions shot via self-taping. We organise, fix, encode and generate tailor made webpages where casting clips have been submitted by talent via any file transfer service. We also host and record your Zoom® / Teams® casting sessions, create a unique meeting invite to share with talent, ad agency and production company via our Zoom® / Teams® accounts. Upload all clips to Dropbox as well as create a webpage with all the casting clips labelled and ready to be watched online or download to your computer at a click of a button.
Minimum four-hour charge.

Live Streaming
We can stream any casting session live via Zoom® / Teams®. Prior to the session we’ll send you a meeting invitation that can be shared with your team. This enables everyone to watch and interact with the casting talent, streaming live directly from our camera & sound in HD.
